For concierge care, weight loss, hormone therapy, and sexual health, it is $100, and the full amount is applied to your care if you decide to proceed. We can talk about your goals, answer your questions, and see whether we're a good fit.

Concierge care for the whole you

Women's health, sexual health, hormone therapy, and medical weight loss from one board-certified physician who takes the time to understand your concerns, knows your history, and sees your plan through.

  1. A first visit to get to know you

    Your concerns, your history, and your goals, in person or by video, with the time to hear all of it.

  2. Labs as needed, then a plan of care

    Your options explained plainly: hormones, medication, nutrition, or treatment.

  3. Ongoing care

    Follow-ups, adjustments, refills, and questions, from the same physician. A deliberately small panel keeps availability optimized, with after-hours availability for concierge patients.

How telehealth works

Questions patients ask first

Straight answers, no pressure. Anything else, call us.

Do I need to be an existing patient to book Botox?

No. New patients can book online with Cristina, PA-C, or with Dr. Monarrez. Your first visit starts with a conversation about how you'd like to look and move, then treatment the same day if it's right for you.

Do you take insurance?

Mona Medical is a cash-pay practice, which is what allows us to spend real time with each patient. We accept credit and debit cards and Cherry payment plans. Eligible medical services may qualify for FSA or HSA funds; cosmetic procedures and services purchased only for general wellness generally do not, and paying with an FSA or HSA card does not by itself establish eligibility. You'll always know the cost before you commit.

Can I be seen by telehealth?

Yes. Weight management, hormone therapy, and concierge visits are available by secure video to anyone in California. Aesthetic treatments are performed in person in Salinas or Carmel.

Which office should I choose?

Whichever is easier for you. Salinas, on East Romie Lane near the hospital district, is our main office, where the full team sees patients. In Carmel, in the Carmel Rancho area off Highway 1, Dr. Monarrez sees patients personally; the office is upstairs in Suite 216, between the SPCA Benefit Shop and Big Sur Canna Botanicals (how to find us, with photos).
